Leader Application

Leaders can attend Adventure Camp independently of their own troops and will be expected to assist with the general running of the camp.

Please complete the form and we will aim to allocate you to your first choice.

Staff applications will close on 31st March unless we reach full leader capacity prior to this date.

Staff fees are £35 which includes food for the weekend .

Fees are collected prior to the event and information on this process will be sent to you once your application has been approved. Please note - do not send any staff fees with scout registration forms.

Children under 10 are permitted to attend the camp with their parents and have a fee of £10, there is no fee for children aged 5 and under.

We may require minibuses for activities, if you are happy for us to use your bus please select transport as your 1st option below and complete the minibus details section.

BEFORE completing the form please pay attention to these important points.

  • All leaders must be 18 at the time of the camp

  • If you hold more than one role please list the one against which you have the most training

  • Network Members MUST have a valid adult appointment or be a member of a Scout Active Support Unit

  • It is obligatory for all leaders to have completed basic training and modules 1, 2 and 3 AND have them validated. Applications without this training will be rejected.

  • Approved and in date PVG
